hello:
Is there someone give me some suggestion about how can I find the specification about the material SA/GB 6654 16MnR in the ASME code, which was added in the Tab UCS-23.

Please refer to Section II Part A, which lists the specification with some additional requirements.
Stress values are in section II Part D.
