Hello,everybody

I met a question recently regarding the WPS used for the non-nuclear safety weld.

it is a extension pipe connecting the penetration sleeve, and it is specified as a non-nuclear safety weld in the design specification.

so the first question is : which standard i should refer to weld this non-nuclear safety weld. I am
thinking if i can refer to ASME B31.1.
the second question is :I don't know if that pipe has a impact toughness requirement, so i can't decide
if the G.No should also in accordance with supported PQR.
It‘s a Little bit urgency, can u give me some advice? appreciate it !!
