At Section II, Part D, Tables 5A there is information for temperatures where the creep and stress raptures govern the selection of allowable stress values, showed the maximum allowable stresses causing rapture at the end of 100000hr (Mandatory Appendix 10). How or where to find the information about maximum allowable stress values causing rapture at the end of more than 100000hr?

The scope of code (ASME Sec VIII ) is only for 100000 h. if you need to have some other purpose beyond the code, then published literature is to be seen.

However the information are available up to 3 X 100000 h in Nuclear codes. (ASME Sec III Div 1 Subsection NH) or in French code RCC-MR.
