do we have to compensate for stress factor when pneumatically test pipe as per ASME B31.3standard same as the hydrostatic test equation e.g pt ( hydrostatic) = 1.5 p st/s while p( pneumatic) = 1.1 p , and it does not mention to compensate for st/s as ,please advise

B31.3 requires no compensation for the stress values on pneumatic test pressures.
It is plain and simple 1.1 times design pressure.

i am not asking about the equation , i am asking about compensation for stresses generated from the difference between design temp & test temp which exists in the hydro test equation & does not exist in the pneumatic test equation
