 Post subject: Boiler tube failure

The boiler bank tubes are facing external corrosion on the bends (Bends are enclosed by refractory).Its free from internal corrosion.
Tube specification:
Material -- SA 210 A1
Outside Dia. -- 63.5 mm
Thickness -- 5 mm

We tried to do RFET(Remote field eddy current) but it is less sensitive to small volumetric defects.

Please refer a NDT method (By internal inspection) for a defect detection of even 1 mm from external side.
