Bolt circle to edge distance

To dear all professionals,

I would like to know how to decide the distance from the bolt edge to bolt circle and the distance from bolt circle to flange inner diameter. This Design is probably for vessel and boiier

See Tema table D-5, this table is used for recommended minimum distances.

Does not matter, you can still follow TEMA recommendations.
