category "D" joint RT

category "D" joint (i mean nozzel to shell) RT possible? what saying code

RT is feasible for category D butt welds.

for category D corner welds RT is feasible, but interpretation of radiographs is doubtfull in many cases.

UW-13.5 allow fabricated butt joint stub ends under certain conditions.
