Is there any institute which offers Certified courses for the ASME Codes,

OneTuvBV offers seminars on ASME. In Germany and also in house (at the manufacturers's premises). National Board in Columbus makes courses. What do you mean for "certifed courses"?

may be like welding certificates right?? Welding inspector or welding engineer?

Samrat,

Go to National Board website, they usually conducted training on welding for Welding Engineer and Inspector, but I don't think they issue certification for Welding Inspector.

Go to AWS website for info on certification as a Certified Welding Inspector. The AWS CWI certification is recognized by ASME.

kindaly be specific about which coarse you want to attend
there are warias coarses such as
AWS , CWIP, NDT Etc
