Anybody can tell me if a person fails to read the ISIHARA Chart( colour vision), whether he/she can continue in NDT field or simply deny them?

The test shall demonstrate whether or not he can distinguish and differentiate among colours used in the NDE method for which he is qualified. Of course he cannot make an examination where the indication is shown in red colour against a green background if he cannot differentiate grenn and red. Alas there are some physical limitation in some activities.
If he is qualified in PT and he can distinguish and differentiate red on white colour he can be do, although he is blind to other colours.
