abc 123,

Subsection NB is Code Class 1 Subection NC Code Class 2.

What a kind of comparison you need to know? Is it Article NX-2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, or 7000.

Please be more specific.

abc123,

You have to be more specific. I cannot give brief comparison between between two subsection of ASME Code Section III-1. There are multiple articles, and sub-artticles for both.
What I can suggest, enroll on ASME Training and Development. ASME offer online course also.
www.asme.org/education or call 1-800-843-2763

Good luck,

leem
