Difference between Note-3 & Note-10 of QW-453

Dear All,

I have confusion in interpretation of Note-3 & Note-10 of QW-453. Both look similar.

Can any one explain the difference ?

In my opinion,Note-3 is refer to the time during welding PQR test plate, while the Note-10 is limited to welding the production test.

If it is so, then why they have mentioned Note-10 separately ? They could have refer Note-3 for Performance Testing also, just like they have done in case of Note-8 (For Hard Facing).

It might have some other reason.
