Is there any requirement for direction of roll for a PQR in sec IX ASME, and would direction of grain be the same thing?
Would tensil results differ depending on orientaion of grains (direction of roll)

I'm not aware of any requirements within ASME IX regarding direction of roll and yes, direction of grain should be same.

I also don't think tensiles would be affected however the roll direction will most DEFINATELY affect your bend tests!
