double vee welding

dear all,

i have one WPS PQR of 45 mm thk & it is double vee.
my job is 45 mm thk & it is not possible to done welding at double can i go through this WPS PQR or make another PQR with single vee

i have read in sec IX QW 401.1 change in joint design. so i have make another WPS PQR of single vee i am right or wrong?

Read QW-252 through QW-265, find the process in your case, take a look at joints portion, then read QW-401.1, QW-401.4 again. I think you can figure out something.

Joint design is a nonessential variable. You may issue a revised WPS or a new one, supported by the same PQR
