Kindly help me for the following situations

I want to find out nil ductility transition temperature for Q&T material as per ASME Section-III .ASTM E208-O6 by using P-2 specimen.

How to identify Hard facing electrode to produce crack starter weld on drop wt. test coupon?

How to find out suitability with a material is testing?

Is it required any procedure and performance qualification as per ASME Section-IX for welding the above hard facing electrode on drop wt. test specimen?
