VIII fällt (Boiler and Pressure Vessels).

Was muss ich vom Lieferanten verlangen?

Daten zum PV
Betriebsdruck: 9.8 bar
Volumen: 5 Liter
Aussendurchmesser: 140mm

Hi Qam,
if your diameter is outside the scope of the ASME Code it doesn´t mean that you are automatically in the B31.3. In fact you do not need to apply the ASME Code, however, you and your customer have to decide which rules will be followed.

Regarding Korea: BSI Business Information says that "Acceptable Foreign Design Codes" are "Subject to negotiation" for boilers and pressure vessels. Piping is not mentioned. In your case you should ask your customer and/or the authorities at the place of operation what they require, and this is what you have to demand from your supplier.

Best regards
Michael

Thank you very much for the answer.

In general, what kind of certificates are necessary for a PV like this?

- Certificate of compliance with the order (really necessary?)
- Material certificates
- Pressure test certificate
- WPS, WPQ, PQR
- Calculation
- Drawing

anything else?

Best regards
André

André:
You need everything your customer requires, nothing more. Just have a look into his specifications.
If there are no requirements "good engineering practice" is a possible solution.
