What is the equivalent to EN 10204 2.2 for ASME - it is _____?

Maybe you can refer to EN10204
The standard has specific details to answer your question.
EN10204 3.1 is submitted by manufacturer approved by ISO9001:2008
EN10204 3.2 is usually submitted by third-party inspection agency,such as TUV,SGS,DNV.ABS,BV,Lloyd's,etc.
