please check mandatory Appendix 13. You´ll find there following chapter:

13-14 VESSELS OF NONCIRCULAR CROSS SECTION SUBJECT TO EXTERNAL PRESSURE

Without knowing your specific design it´s hard to decide which rules can be applied. Otherwise use: App. 13-4 (c)(2)(e)
