Fabrication of Hemispherical Head

Dear All

Can anybody guide me about Marking of Hemispherical head. It contains 6 petal and one crown. ID of Hemispherical head is 2310 and thickness is 12 mm.

I am not very sure what your question really is.

If the hemispherical head is fabricated by the part mufacturer (manufacturer other than the manufacturer of the completed vessel) then it should be Part "U" stamped.

If no welding done in that shop u cna bring in fabricatior's U stamp and carry out welding.
It to avoid PDR .
And if head fabricator is non U stamped you should do it.
