which element type, boundary conditions and loading i use for it.? and most which software should i use ANSYS or I-DEAS ? please help me ....if site, link or paper is available please inform me...thanks

The new Division 2 doesn´t give you rules how you will get the stresses. This is up to the user. However, you will find the acceptance criteria in Part 5. Just look into Part 5, there is no other way.
