HOW CAN I DECIDE WHAT FILLER I HAVE TO USE. I HAVE DESIGNED A PRESSURE VESSEL MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL (SA316L) AND LIFTING LUG MADE OF CARBON STEEL (SA 516). IT IS USED AT DESIGN TEMPRATURE OF 120 (DEGREE) CELCIUS AND MAWP OF 10 BAR
