Please tell me which type/rating of flanges will be used for 10000 psig pressure & 180°C temp? design code for vessel is ASME Sec VIII, Div. 2.

I suppose you are thinking of standard flanges, however, just have a look into the B16.5 Pressure–Temperature Ratings and you will see that such pressures are "out of scope". This calls for a calculation.
