Hi,

I presume that it is basically an atmospheric storage tank. If you give me the capacity and MOC of the tank, I can send you the calculation based on Pressure Vessel Hanbook by Eugene F Megysey. The mentioned book is an excellent handbook for everyone dealing with pressure vessels.
