Gasket selection for Hydrotet

Dear sir,
At the time of hydrotest of the vessel, Should i use SPW graphite filled gasket with cs outer ring only (No SS inner ring).
What Code says about it?
What is a general practice?

PL. REFER ASME B16.20 PARA 3.2.5

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO AVOID INWARD BUCKLING OF GASKET.

Question is not very much clear ,,,
You want to use SPWD w/o inner rings or what ??
Or do you want to know use of service gaskets during hydro ??
