Jeff,

First thing, why do you need PWHT for this alloy? My shops use this alloy UNS N10276 on a daily basis but never did any PWHT. The Code does not require the PWHT, it is up to the Customer:
UNF-56 POSTWELD HEAT TREATMENT
(a) Postweld heat treatment of nonferrous materials is not normally necessary nor desirable
(b) Except as in (c), (d), and (e) below, no postweld heat treatment shall be performed except by agreement between the user and the Manufacturer. The temperature, time and method of heat treatment shall be covered by agreement.

If you really need this annealing, here is a hint:
SB-462, 5.3.1
NOTE 2 - The recommended annealing temperatures all followed by water quenching or rapidly cooling by other means are: UNS N10276- 2025 to 2075°F (1107 to 1135 C).

Do you really want water quenching of your vessel? :o

Thank you for your quick reply. It is required by customer. I will take a look at the hint you pointed out. I appreciate your help.

Wish you all the best

Jeff
