Dear Sirs,
Do the cladded plates (by explosion bonding) require to be heat treated as per SA-264 even if the vessel is not required the PWHT? & if it is required then is that process will be PFHT?

Heat treatment may be required by other than the construction code. For example, for your case heat treatment may be required by Para. 5.2 of SA-264 of ASME Section II Part A. So this heat treatment is a call from product specification not by construction code i-e VIII-1.
