sometimes i have a case like pipe have adiameter less than 19 mm (pressure part) contact with a Plate 20mm (none Pressure part) in this case the throat thickness equal (leg*0.7)
and the leg= 20 mm of the plate , thats mean the throat thickness= 14 mm
thats right or not????

Okay, diameter is 19mm, What is the thickness of the pipe?
WHAT is the construction code of the joint?

i have a mestake the thickness is 19 mm the diameter is not important in pwht just important in TC position and the conestruction code is ASMEI and i have smoe ISO is B31.1

I think if it is for heat exchanger tube, the OD 19mm will seems reasonable.
