I got a question about thin tubesheet to ask，when I calculate the tubesheet according to UHX 13 The condition that the thickness of the tubesheet is small than tube diamater often happe, Somebody of my clients told me not to pay more attention to it , they have the more experience aboue it, but another ones of my clients need us to calculate the tubesheet deflection according to UHX 13.4(d) requirement, but UHX13.4 (d) doesn't supply any way to calculate th tubesheet deflection, So how can I do under this condition?

Why isn't there anybody answer me? if I don't say clearly.
