Hydrotest ASME PED

Hi everybody,
i have to design an Asme VIII div.1 vessel with 2 chambers with a wall in common. The vessel is also under the PED directive. In one chamber there is a pressure of 10 bar while in the other one also Full Vacuum. For the hydrotest should i design the vessel for a pressure of 1.43*(10+1) bar? ( the
Can you also please tell me the reference paragraphs?

Hi
for PED hydrotest you have to consider the higher value between
- 1.43*MAP
- 1.25*MAP*maximum value(Sdt/Srt)
where Sdt is allowable stress at design temperature, Srt allowable stress at room temperature
See Annex 1 , point 7.4

Sorry, the higher value is 1.43 but the question is: is it correct to multiply 1.43* (10+1) bar? I mean should i consider has PS the maximum differential pressure between the 2 chambers?
