Impact test for SA 240 316L

Dear Members,

I have one vessel operate at MDMT -80 Degree C. as per my understand, in ASME Code UHA 51(f), this material are exempted from impact test. Herewith just to confirm that i'm correct or not.

Could anyone clarify to me.

yes it is exempted by UHA 51 (d) (2) (a), provided no thermal treatment is performed

Yes , As per UHA-51(f) it is exempted
