I hope some one can give me an opinion on this. Im thinking about rejecting a lot of pipe unless someone proves me wrong and shows me in the specs why.

The Impact size reads .394x.295 temp -45c (Results ok well above)
Should the temp have been 48c

Agree, 3 Degree C temperature reduction should have been applied to impect test temperature value (-45 Deg C) for full/ standard size specimen

I have sent a request to my supplier to contact the manufacturer about this.
I have another cert from the same manufacturer that has a impact size of .394 x .295....But the pipe wall thickness is .281 .....How can that be?

Now i gotta do a corrective action.
Im very interested in what he manufacturer will say.

But how can the sample size be larger?

What if the wall thickness was on the low end of the wall thickness spec.

gonna have it tested again ...they seem to think its fine and so does the manufacturer....after 3 different trys to convince me the last story he told me was the sample wall thickness was under .375 wall thickness.but within spec......????
