Hi,
Does one Floating tubesheet Heat Exchager need inspection opening?
UG-46 (a)says insepction opening maybe omitted in fixed tube sheet heat exchanger, but for the floating one?
If need, what's that use for?because we can move the tubesheet for inspection and cleaning work?

It doesn't say that both tubesheets have to be fixed, does it?

see fig UHX-3(c), Without looking UG-46(a)... the figure speaks to the inspections access on floating head/tubesheet.
