Location: SURAT, GUJARAT , INDIA
I am Mechanical engg. student want to design cylindrical shell as per ASME SECTION VIII DIV.2 EDITION 2007, in para 4.3.10.2 there are F, M, Mt and theta as input in that theory. ( figure 4.3.7) my question is how to find NET AXIAL FORCE (F), NET BENDING MOMENT (M) AND NET TORSIONAL MOMENT (Mt) at point of consideration? please help me...it is very important for my project work. I am new to this code.
