I am confued with two types of required nozzle reinforcement limits in NC-3334.1,2004 along the vessel wall. Kindly explain:

The significance of :
* 100 % of required
* 2/3rd of required

Is it possible that the value for 2/3rd may be greater than of 100% ? (Which is I m facing in my case)

there is a little different with NB/

NC the open less than DN50 is not required any reinforcement.

NB have different difinition, but both the limit with the same words//
