we are designing a 2500 mm diameter x 16450 mm tangent column, our client asked us to design as per below

1) liquid level shall be set at face of top flange plus one meter.

Now please tell me, I am considering this additional one meter liquid level (static head) in internal pressure so is it correct or is there any other method?

Yes, Sameer, you have to consider in your Design pressure.

Design configuration to be studied before furnishing comment. However, static head may be added, based on piping attached with Top flange.
