Location of Tell Tale holes-r pads-new ASME addenda

Is there any revision in ASME Section VII Div. 1 for location of Tell tale Holes in Reinforcement pads?

Previously, the Tell tale holes on r. pads were located at the bottom most position in the vessel's operative position.
Is it now changed? and if yes, where can I find the reference in ASME Code?

As per the ASME Sec VIII Div 1 there is no such requirement for location of the tell tale holes, but its good engineering practice to have tell tale hole at the lowest position.

Requirements for the tell tale holes in reinforcing pads are given in UG-37(g) & UG-37(h).
Location of the holes in the pads is beyond the scope of division 1.
The above tell tale holes are not those as required by UG-25(e).
