Hello:
I want to ask one question: if the lug welded on top of one welding seams, what else should the factory do, except grouded flush the weld seams which according to the UG -82?

Aside from grinding flush, Client or Owner specs usually requires radiography on the entire covered length plus 1" on each side of the weld joint.
