Dear All Member,

I have one vessel to fabricate using SA 203E + SS 316L Clad material for plate, SA 350 LF3 for flange. Design pressure is 7bar, design temperature is 90(max)/-70(min) degree Celsius and liquid content is Hydrocarbon +water. After request quotation from supplier for SA 350 LF3(flange), Carbon Equivalent is 0.559%. Any guideline from ASME regarding this matter and could we accept it.

Kindly, you all prompt respond are appreciated.

Thank you.
