Mauro, sure the material has to follow SecII. The material is a forging- and it has to be certified to SA105, full stop. But what we are talking about is a product. Between the material and the product there is the process. It has to follow a construction code, wich IS NOT SecII. Mind you, there's a lot of processes and parameters not allowed in material specs, which are used by PV manufacturers in accordance with relevant construction codes.
