When 'FULL RT' is specified by client in Design Data,what is it's exact meaning?

I believe,
1.it is applicable only to catagory A/B/C/D Butt welds as mentioned in various paras of clause UW-11.

2.The cornner welds (non butt welds) are not required to be radiographed.

the interpretation of specifications is a bit like black magic, or like a quiz show.

I suggest to use the wording of UW-11(a) but you never know what the writer intended to say. In most cases the Full RT is what the user wants to see on the nameplate "RT1". That will guide you to UW-11. But some users want corner joints RTed as well. An order confirmation in writing specifying what you intend to build is always a good idea to prevent trouble in the end.
