Min. thickness of qualified base metal in WPQ.

Dear all,

In performance qualification part of ASME IX, I can't find the Min. thickness of base metal. QW-452 specified only the Max. thickness. Can I understand that there is no limit of Min. thickness?

For performance, only maximum thickness is currently an essential variable.
