Please suggest me what will be minimum nozzle neck thickness for 2" LWN flange 600#?
As per PvElite for 2" 600# LWN flange minimum thickness is 4.8 but as per table UG-45(2010 ED) minimum thickness for 2" is 3.4mm, please suggest me which is right, can I go with 3.4mm.

It is not as low, by heart I would say 1/2 inch or more, but please read ASME B 16.5 Ed.2003

http://65.57.255.42/ubbthreads/ubbthrea ... #Post41791

i suggest to post software topics on particular software's site to expect quick & favourable reply.

However, can you please explain in detail, how do you calculate LWN Neck THK as per B16.5?
