Head treatment. What do you mean head treatment? MPS, is this similar to purchase order?

I absolutely agree with the communications problem, I see the same in many forums where people are asking for help but english might be their second or third language and fail to get their help because they don't know how to properly ask what they are looking for. Its a shame, really.
