 Post subject: Ovality and seam clash

Can anybody tell me were in Asme b31.1 were it tells you what the acceptance is for Ovality for joining 18" Sch10 ST/st Pipe to an 18" Sch 10 Equal tee?
Also when making the butt with the seam on the pipe and the Tee what is the distance allowance between the seams .
