PFI ES24 shall be a good document for you regarding the ovality of pipe and tubes bending. This document is referenced in ASME B31.1.

YOU CAN USE FOLLOWING FORMULA WHICH IS SPECIFIED IN SECTION III NB (CLAUSE NB-4223.2)

OVALITY OF PIPING AFTER BENDING SHALL NOT EXCEED 8% WHICH SHALL BE DETERMINED AS BELOW :
100 X (DMAX - DMIN.)/DO
DO- NOMINAL PIPE OUTSIDE DIAMETER
DMAX- MAXIMUM OUTSIDE DIAMETER AFTER BENDING
DMIN - MINIMUM OUTSIDE DIAMETER AFTER BENDING
