Hello,

I have a question. We must do overlay welding with 316L SS P2 Powder, which is QW-442 A-No 8.
I don´t know the F-No acc. to QW-432 / QW-433 for the welder qualification in ASME section IX.

If I am reading this right, you are asking for the F number for the welding material? You are not giving enough information. What are the ASME specifications or AWS class given on the welding material package? Are you sure this material is for ASME construction?
