Someone knows if part UHX-13.7 "calculation procedure for effect of plasticity at Tubesheet/channel or shell joint", may be applied in part UHX-14.5, in order to reduce the shell and/or channel strreses in the elastic-plastic calculation, considering tubesheet stresses calculation are within allowable stress limits.

I believe it is possible to do that, but I would like to read another opinion.
