Dear all,

Does any body here experience the welding of hastelloy to mild steel? Any suggestions about Process, filler metal, pre-heat; interpass, shielding gas....? Thank you in advance. Your eraliest reply will be highly appreciated.

Okay Jeff,

If free advice is what you are looking for, I would recommend you join AWS (Amercian Welding Society) and read their journal. Lincoln Electric is also a good source of information.
