Can anyone inform about the required Pneumatic Test Pressure based on MAWP or Design Pressure as per latest edition. As per the 2001 edition "It shall not be less than 1.2 nor more than 1.5 times the design pressure of the piping system"

Is there any change in this min and max limits?

max and min is still the same as you noted as far as addenda 2009 of B31.1 is concerned.

Mac,
I strongly recommend to purchase the current Edition of B31.1.
This forum is not a library, and there are many changes to many paragraphs in the meantime.
You better make sure you are not missing any.
