hello,gentlemen, i know it sounds absurd, but i do want to know, is it acceptable against SNT-TC-1A that "written practice and NDE procedure prepared,reviewed and approved by the same NDE Level III guy?

Hi,fred,usually can not be by the same people, though the man who get the NDE levelIII certificate.
The man who approved with the NDE levelI are responsible for operate the NDE machine.
The man who approved with the NDE leverl II are responsible for reviewed the report and sigh it.
The man who approved with the NDE level III are responsible for training people and audit the report.
