NCA-3855.5 is a very tricky and confusing paragraph. Always, the opinion differs from person to person.
For utilizing unqualified source material, I have to do product analysis and other testing requirements on each piece of UQSM
Alternatively, if i review and accept their identification and traceability procedure, I have to do product analysis on each piece of UQSM and other testing requirements on each heat and lot of UQSM.
Here what is the intent of the Code in asking product analysis for each piece of UQSM when it can accept all other testing requirements on each heat and lot of UQSM?
You make product analisys to verify material is actually of the same heat and YOU HAVE TO REPEAT ALL TESTS ON ONE PIECE OF THE HEAT.
